The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) is a non-profit association dedicated to quality continuing education and training programs. IACET authorizes education providers that meet strict continuing education guidelines created in 1968. IACET certification is the standard learners seek for quality. IACET's Criteria and Guidelines are the core of thousands of educational programs worldwide.
Just Kids is dedicated to providing quality continuing education and training. As an authorized provider, Just Kids has been approved by IACET to award the IACET Continuing Education Unit (CEU). Just Kids underwent a strict evaluation of our educational processes according to the IACET Criteria and Guidelines, including two reviews by IACET's Commission and a site visit by an IACET Commissioner.
The Continuing Education Unit (CEU) was created by IACET as a measurement of continuing education. One (1) IACET CEU is equal to ten (10) contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction.
Training 2000
Individuals who attend Training 2000 training sessions and successfully complete CEU course requirements are eligible to apply for continuing education units from Just Kids in addition to the certificate of participation they receive at the end of the training session. Application materials are now available at every training session for those who are interested.
Participants who wish to apply for CEU’s must complete a CEU Transcript Request Form for each course and submit with payment to the Training 2000 office. Application materials are now available at every training session for those who are interested.
Training 2000 must maintain records for seven years from the date of completion of a training session, and participants may apply for CEU’s at any time during that seven year period, as long as CEU course requirements were met.
