The JUST KIDS program philosophy is based on the belief that all young children can learn, and that learning is best supported through intentional teaching, planned learning experiences, and play.
JUST KIDS believes that learning occurs at different rates for different children and that a child’s learning environment and experiences significantly impact on their life-long development. The staff believes that the best outcomes for children occur when families and professionals work together in partnership to meet the unique needs of the child and family.
JUST KIDS program is family centered in all aspects of educational and therapeutic care. Parents have many opportunities to participate in parent meetings and training sessions that focus on child development, behavior and learning. Parents are viewed as partners in all aspects of the program.
JUST KIDS is experienced with creating opportunities for parents, family members, and professionals to interact, exchange ideas and provide mutual support to all parents.
JUST KIDS works closely with school districts and other programs to provide supportive transitions of children and families.
